I previously spent 14 years in IT Recruitment across Europe and placing candidates into Technology companies up to “C” level. Earlier this year I made the move within Fujitsu from an Internal Recruiter role to Public Sector sales. In my current role I have to examine opportunities and build technical teams of people with the organisation that can deliver on client outcomes with the Fujitsu service portfolio. I was also selected as the Co-Chair of The Cultural Diversity Network. Fujitsu has four networks and the role of the Co-Chair is to raise awareness of Cultural Diversity issues internally and externally, this is a voluntary position. I feel over the years I have learnt a lot within the technology market and seen companies grow from IPO’s to Multi-nationals. I feel very lucky to be part of a Technology company that allows you to be who you are and does everything to ensure personal growth.
